Strategic Restructuring (CIO)

In my final phase as CIO, I executed a complete restructuring of global IT teams and operational processes. This initiative achieved a structural cost correction of over 40% prior to my departure, proving the efficiency models that are now central to HelixTech’s offerings.

Forensics Platform Re-engineering

As CIO for Forensics Services (Europe), I directed the complete strategic overhaul of the platform. We re-engineered legacy infrastructure and implemented new AI strategies, resulting in €4M in cost savings and driving €11M in additional revenue.

The Execution Engine (Riga Hub)

To solve the talent/cost equation, I established a new IT Hub in Latvia from scratch. We scaled to 50 high-performance engineers in just 6 months, delivering an industry-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 89 and saving €500k annually.
